what are the benifits of early childhood education to the child, family, society?
what are the goods it offer and how it help?
Children: prepares them for school, gives the children structure during the day, teaches the children social skills.
Family: mostly ECE programs have one day a week that they do a "home visit" in which the teacher sees how the child interacts in the home. The teacher can give the parents advice on how to help their child educationally and behaviorally.
Society: Helps children (especially those with disabilities or lower socio-economic backgrounds) learn to appreciate learning and stay in school and graduate. Studies have shown that children who were in ECE programs graduated from high school, have higher self esteem than their peers and succeed in life – that is, they do better than their parents did.

I’m not sure if you are addressing general education or special education.
In the special education setting early childhood helps the children by working together with families to begin treatment of any physical or mental disabilities. The schools provide an adaptive equipment that the child needs as decided by the ARD committee to help this child become the best learner he or she can be. Parents are given directions and input into their child’s Individual Education Plan.
In the general education, PK takes children who may not have had a lot of educational opportunities and introduces them to enrichmeant activities ment to help them start K and first grade on an even footing with more financially privileged children. The parents are usually offered opportunities to learn how to help their children at home. We all benefit because these students are not behind when they go through school. The playing field is more leveled.
That is the philosophy. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn’t.
