How do Social Services get a child from one place to another?

Author: When a child is being transported from, say, a foster home to another foster home, or when the child’s parents die and he’s going to live with his grandparents, do Social Services drive the child there? What if it’s a too long a distance? Would they fly the child? Main question: how does a child get transported to their new home if it’s too far to drive?
