What is that disorder or medical condition called?
Is there even a name for it?

Yep, the other answerers have it right. It’s just immaturity. It can come from many different things, maybe a parent is the same way. Maybe they had too many childish influences as they grew up…no one mature around them that they idolized.

Parent’s should not let their little kids play violent video games at all. Video games have ESBR ratings for a reason. If it has a T for Teenager ESBR rating then it is NOT for children and children should not play it. Video games aren’t the problem, parental choices are. If children play violent video games, I do think that it could influence them to be violent because they don’t know any better. I do not think that when a teenager plays violent games, that they become violent, unless of course they have a problem beforehand. I would know because I am a teenager who has played violent video games and I have many friends who play violent video games, but would never hurt a fly.
